	On-line help was added to the software.  With on-line help you can browse to the subject in question as you would browse in TimeTrack.  The menu layout is identical to TimeTrack.  In a future release, you can press "F1" key to access help on any screen.

March 14, 2001 Release PCC Oasis 6.03e that has the following changes:

	SCIC computation. After contacting the regional Fiscal Intermediary (Palmetto, UGS and CAHABA), the SCIC payment computations portion of the program needed to be changed to compute based on Pro Rating the payment amount of the second (or more) HHRG. The Medicare documentation was wrong or has been changed regarding this issue. Now any SCIC will cause a prorating of the payment amount versus computing up to the 60th. day!
	When entering a SCIC Oasis survey (RFA 3 or 5), the system will prompt you to confirm if you want to post the SCIC to the Episode screen. If you answered Yes, the system will create the next HHRG in the Episode screen, same as it used to be. If you answered No, the system will not update the Episode screen, and will mark this Oasis survey as Not Executed. You can see this flag under the Control Variables (Tool Wrench Icon). You can get the SCIC question to be asked again by Modifying and Saving the SCIC Oasis survey. Once you answer Yes to process the SCIC the Not Executed survey status will be deleted!
	Any SCIC Oasis survey that is marked as Not Executed will not pull for State Electronic File Transmission
	You can print a report of all the SCIC Oasis surveys that are marked as Not Executed from the Oasis Summary Report by checking the appropriate check box on the report screen.

March 5, 2001 Release TimeTrack 4.21L that has the following changes:

	Ability to generate billing for one patient at a time. This can be useful if you want to generate billing only for one patient which will make the processing much faster.
	System will allow you to control the default days between reorganization form the System constants screen. Initially, the system is configured to Reindex and Backup daily, and to perform Permanent Delete and Clean up weekly. You can change these settings. Also, the system will track average time it take to perform a reorganization. In a future release, the system will give you the option to get automatic reminders for reorganization
	Data Integrity Report will print visits that has been billed and the Invoice Amount on the visit is set to zero. Once these problem visits are identified in the report, you can manually enter the billing amount for the visit on the Visit screen
	In case you choose to invoice mileage to payers, the billing amount for the mileage rate on a billed visit can be viewed and edited on the visit screen (middle of the screen)
	You have the option to print the Aging report using Episodes or Visits by selecting PPS Aging option on the Aging report. The system will automatically check this flag if you are printing Aging for PPS or Non PPS. However, you can overwrite the selection from the Aging report screen
	For Medi-Cal billing, the comments entered in the first line of the remarks on the Visits screen will print on the UB-92 section 84
	Changes were made to speed the loading of the Patient Ledger screen
	Patient Ledger listing will print the Urgency (High, Medium, Low) on the patient listing.
	Search in Patient Ledger screen will now show the Medical Record Number, Stare of Care, and the Payer
	RAP billing will not include any SCICs that might have happened between creating the episode and invoicing the RAP
	Remittance Advice Search will now show the lookup table automatically without needing to click on the down arrow to show the table

August 15, 2000 Release TimeTrack 4.16a that has the following changes:

	Ability to select to print a UB-92 in either lumping all same day services in one line item or splitting each visit on a separate line item.  This option can be found in the Generate Billing Screen.  If left un-checked the system will print UB-92 in the same old manner.
	Changed the way TimeTrack handled In-Office time in the visits screen for Medicare payers which involved entering Break time.
	Made changes to Scanner to TimeTrack screen to allow for entering Alphanumeric employee numbers as apposed to just Numeric employee numbers.

July 26, 2000 Release TimeTrack 415i that has the following changes:

	New field in the Payer Ledger that allows you to control the maximum number of line items per claim in the electronic billing file.  You can leave this value blank or zero to get the system to compute in the same way as before.  For Medi-Cal billing, you need to set this value to 8.
	In the Supplies screen, the user can now enter the code for the supply and the system will automatically pull the description, price, cost, sterile (or not sterile), and if this supply is non-billable.

July 12, 2000 Release TimeTrack 415a that has the following changes:

	Ability to enter the Name of the Payer that you want to appear on the Addressee box on the Invoice.  The Payer name can be entered in the Payer Billing Office screen under Picklist, under the Utilities menu.
	Added a new report titled "Episodes Report" under the Reports Menu.  Please see sample.  The report is available for the PPS module customers only.

July 10, 2000 Release TimeTrack 415 that has the following changes:

	Corrected a problem printing the amount of Supplies in the Transaction report
	Corrected a problem in printing the balance forward on the very first patient on the Transaction report
	Added two new fields to the Discipline Picklist titled Type of Service and Modifier that will print the HCFA-1500 in field 24 Column C and D respectively.  If these fields are left blank, the system will automatically print 01 and 99.
	The system will print the HIC and Medical Record Number on the Aging report
	Ability to perform backup and to delete after the backup.  When the  delete option is selected, this will cause the system to delete Visits, 485, Patient Ledgers, and Supplies within a selected date range.
	Added the ability to specify the first and last invoice split percentage for the PPS module (e.g. 40%/60%)
	Added a new checkbox titled "Print for empty dates" on the Employee Dues report.  When checked, the system will print all the items due for an employee that has no date entered.  This is useful when tracking if events didn't take place by leaving the date empty and filling that date when that particular event happens.  Example such as tracking if you received a copy of the SSN card.  Leave empty until you receive a copy of the card.  If you want to use this report the same way as it used to be, make sure not to mark the checkbox.

June 27, 2000 Release TimeTrack 414i that has the following changes:

	The ability to change the Payer name on the Patient Ledger and assign new payer name.
	The system will compute the Time-In/Time-Out difference for a discipline that is set to Hourly in the Payer Ledger and set to Units in the Employee Ledger.  The system used to  compute  the difference only when both of the Billing and Payroll disciplines are set to either Hourly or Unit.

June 23, 2000 Release PCC Oasis 4.05c that has the following changes:

Logic to determine if the current submission for a particular patient information for M0100 is 6, 7, 8, 10 is to be Masked based on previous submissions (M0100 is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9) and to treat the patient as a private pay.

June 22, 2000 Release TimeTrack 414h that has the following changes:

	TimeTrack will not alert users if the Doctor entered (or left blank) in the Patient ledger screen don't have a corresponding Doctor Ledger.  An warning message will be generated when printing the Billing Errors report.
	System will prompt a zero for the mileage when adding visits.  This will resolve the problem when entering second or third visit in a row, the system used to capture the mileage from the first visit as the default value.

June 16, 2000 Release PCC Oasis 4.05b that has the following changes:

Allow to mark Surveys as Not Transmitted using a date range.  With this new feature, the system will un-post all the surveys with Date of Survey (M0090) that falls within the specified date range.

June 9, 2000 Release TimeTrack 414f that has the following changes:

	Added Supply Cost field in the DME Supply picklist under the Utilities Menu.  This supply will plug the supply cost automatically when adding new supplies.  The change was made in preparation for the PPS changes
	In the Supply picklist screen, the user can setup specific supplies to be Non Billable that will automatically flag these specific supplies as "Free" under the Supply Data Entry screen (more automation!)
	In the Global Scheduling screen, the system will show only "Active" or "Dummy" employees in the Employee Picklist and will exclude "In-Active".
	In the Prospective Pay Setup screen, the system will allow the user to enter the Episode Invoice Split ratio.  Currently the regulation is set to invoice half (0.5) of the full Episode Payment at the beginning of the Episode and the other half at the end of the Episode.  The user now has the capability to change the half ratio to any desired value to allow for the potential regulation change from 0.5 to 0.6 of the payment amount.
	Corrected an isolated problem when printing the Breakdown by Source of Reimbursement in the StatTrack module
	Corrected an isolated problem in the Payroll report and the ADP Link.  The problem has to do with visits started at 12:xxAM on a Holiday.  The problem pertain to clients who purchased the Overtime/Holiday/Weekend Payroll and Billing option.
	Changed the way the default AM/PM is computed when entering visits to predict the appropriate AM/PM in the Out Time portion.
	TimeTrack will print the Patient and Agency Addresses and phone numbers on the HCFA-486
	New fields has been added to the Patient ledger to allow the user to enter the complete information in fields 58, 59, 60, 61, and 62 on the UB92
	Changed the printing of the UB92 to handle the Second and Third payer.

May 31, 2000  PCC, Inc. signed a Strategic Alliance agreement with Manis & Ryan.  Manis & Ryan is a HCFA Approved Home Health Agency Cost Reporting Software manufacturer.  Their state of the art software makes the Cost Report preparation easy, fast, and accurate.  Our future plans is to interface TimeTrack with "The Spirit of 1728" software, where TimeTrack would feed the discipline breakdown information directly and automatically into their software.  We will announce the progress as it is happening with this exciting alignment.

May 31, 2000  Revised PCC Oasis 4.05 and 4.13 to report on missing demographics, M0010, M0020, M0040, M0050 and M0060 (Agency Number, Medical Record Number, Patient Name, State and Zip).  The update will be emailed to clients via email.

May 31, 2000 Revised the PPS option in TimeTrack to take into consideration if either 8 hours or 10 visits of therapy has been rendered when computing the PPS HHRG grouper code.  In the previous release, TimeTrack checked for 10 visits of therapy only.  This change might increase your rate if a patient had 9 visits yet had 8 or more hours of therapy.

May 25, 2000  Released TimeTrack 4.14.  This update include the following changes:

	Printing the Remittance Advice Date and Number on the Invoice
	Aging report will include the Supplies charges in the Patient Balance computation
	Ability to lookup old invoices based on patient name
	Sorting Payer Case Manager in the Patient Ledger screen by Case Manager Name

May 24, 2000 Released Medi-Cal Billing Capability Option.  This option has the following features:

	Ability to enter Treatment Authorization Record (TAR).  In this screen, the user can enter the Patient Name, the Discipline (SN, PT, HHA, etc...), the Date Range (From and To) that the TAR covers, Authorization Number, Number of Units Authorized, and Dollar Amount Authorized
	The system will automatically include the corresponding TARs for the units shown on the billing

May 22, 2000 Release PCC Oasis 4.05 and 4.13.  This update include the following changes:

	New HCFA regulations for Oasis 1.04
	Masking Patient Name, Medical Record Number, Social Security Number, Medicare, and Medicaid numbers if the patient is a Non-Medicare and Non-Medicaid
	Ability to print Oasis Error report from the Electronic file transmission screen which will print a detailed list of data entry errors before transmission to the state
