The Physician UPIN look-up database is an option that will allow you to lookup the Physisican from an updated database while you are adding the new physician into the Doctor Ledger. The source of this database is HCFA. The list is updated every year and you can download this list from our website. Once you select the doctor from the list, TimeTrack will automatically paste the following information into the Doctor Ledger:

	Full Name
	City, State, Zip
	phone area code
	UPIN number
	Specialty
